Browse the platform catalog by provider → model → locale → voice. Rates inherit down the tree; click any node to edit its rate or view its history.

Heads up: the rate values on this page are the provider cost resolver (used for margin tracking). Customer billing now resolves as per-voice override → voice quality tier rate. Each voice row shows the effective customer rate as Bills at. The tier-management surface ships in the next portfolio PR.
